Now I'm addicted to Harvest Moon but only in cycles. Harvest Moon is the original Farmville for people who don't know. The plot changes a little from game to game but the point is you choose to play a girl or a boy. You get a farm and must save the little world you live in some how. Either from big developers who want to build an amusement park or by finding sun stones and raising islands to bring more people to live there. You farm, you raise animals, you do your quests and you also get married then have a kid. It's a whole little life simulation. It's cute and it's fun but it can also get tedious as it's one of those games that doesn't actually end even if you finish the goal. You can just keep going and going.

I find out that in the Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness game I was playing I married a person who would then keep me from being able to complete the game to 100%. This is not acceptable! I mean I was all the way into year 4 with child and husband. That's a whole hell of a lot of work there. Despite that I still start a new game. Not once, not twice but with a walk through and an inability to decide if I wanted to play a girl or a boy I started the game 5 times. I made it half way through Spring and restarted it. Then I made it through the beginning and restarted. Then Laura introduces me to yet another Harvest Moon game.

This one is Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands. It's got almost all the same characters but there
are new ones and new quests and I decide I want to try it. So I put aside the other version which isn't finished and start playing this one. This is when I truly realize I have a sickness.
List of games I have played and have not finished. At least the ones I can remember and these are all ranging from Super Nintendo all the way through the Wii.
